That’s why we’ve created FOW Perks, the benefits are real, and if you buy digitally, or over the phone there are terms and conditions to help make your decision that bit easier.
Buying your new car digitally, or over the phone is more popular than ever. So, if you’ve had no face to face contact and have not viewed your new vehicle prior to delivery then you’re eligible for our 14 day cooling off period.
What does this mean? If you’ve bought the vehicle and paid in full, or signed your finance agreement and taken delivery you may return the vehicle to us for a refund, or to exchange for a different vehicle.
And, to keep things really easy, we offer a personalised video service. Videos are personal to you - no hassle, no nonsense, and because we’re completely transparent we’ll detail all aspects of the car - so get your requests in now!
Naturally, we’re here to help answer any questions you have. Buy online, or over the phone, apply for finance with an instant decision and even arrange delivery to your door. With FOW it’s easy!
Distance Selling - What do I need to know?
To make sure you’re completely satisfied with your new vehicle, we offer a 14 day or 100 mile cooling off period for you to return, or exchange the car. If you exceed the 100 mile quota you’ll be charged a fair usage fee of £1.00+VAT per mile (after the first 100 miles travelled since you have taken ownership).
You will also be liable for any charges incurred in getting the vehicle back to us - and the vehicle must be returned to us in a clean condition during working hours within 48 hours of your return request.
We’ll inspect the vehicle to ensure it’s in the same condition as when it left - any damage will be deducted from your final refund. You lose the right to cancel if the vehicle is altered or modified in any way.
Throughout ownership, you are liable for any insurance claims and road traffic offences which are notified to us as the registered keeper of the vehicle together with any penalties applied by law for the commission of any such offences.

No refund will be made until we have inspected and signed for the vehicle. Once we’ve signed for the vehicle your refund will be processed and made within 14 days.
