The Joshua Tree
We’re incredibly proud to work with The Joshua Tree childhood cancer charity. Founded in 2006 by Lynda and David Hill, The Joshua Tree specialises in the care of families affected by childhood cancers.
Because Lynda and David’s son was diagnosed with Leukaemia, they discovered a lack of support services until now. That’s where Joshua Tree helps limit the trauma and stress childhood cancers bring.
The family support team work closely with families affected by cancer. Recognising every journey is unique, the team at Joshua Tree offer tailored support to suit specific needs - emotional and practical.
Counselling, art and play, therapy, health and wellbeing - you name it, The Joshua Tree are there to help. Through education, one to one support and tutoring, children are cared for as long as they need it.
And because The Joshua Tree is based in the North West, FOW is perfectly placed to help support through fundraising and digital design for charitable campaigns.
Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Home
At FOW we love animals - that’s why we’ve partnered with Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Home. Founded in 1893, Manchester Dog’s Home was born after widespread concern about the sheer volume of stray dogs in the city.
It wasn’t until 1999 however that Cheshire Dogs’ Home opened and the name Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Home was born. In the same year, an all new and exciting Specialist Care Unit opened on a super 11.5 acre site. This is the perfect environment for nursing mums and dogs not familiar with the traditional kennel environment.
But what’s Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Home’s mission? Well it’s very clear!
Provide low cost neutering
Care for and treat sick and injured dogs
Teach about responsible dog ownership
Continue to accept stray and unwanted dogs
Vaccinate and microchip all dogs in care
Never put a healthy dog down
Hebden Green Community School
FOW has and continues to work closely with Hebden Green Community School. Based in Winsford, Cheshire, we’ve supported this incredible school for over 20 years.
Hebden Green School is for pupils aged between 2 and 19. Specialising in complex medical, learning and physical needs, the team work alongside professionals to deliver the care, health, welfare and educational needs on a personal level.
The school does a fantastic job for parents and pupils alike - preparing for adulthood provides pupils with key skills to support them in their adult life. Health and living, friends and community, employment and independent living skills are all catered for at Hebden Green Community School.
How do we help? We’re really excited to support Hebden Green School with a number of projects throughout the year. Digital design and print using a large format printer provides the school with valuable resources whilst they focus on what really matters. It’s Christmas when it gets fun though! At FOW, we welcome the pupils, teachers and parents to our Christmas event hosted in Winsford. Santa Claus and his Elves visit with presents - and we run our charity raffle with the support of our suppliers. 100% of donations go towards the hard work the team at Hebden School provide.
Winsford Town Football Club Under 10s
We’re incredibly proud to sponsor Winsford Town Football Club under 10s. Here at FOW, football is close to all our hearts - the excitement and energy a match brings is what makes the game so wonderful.
The team are managed and coached by our very own Sean Pemberton (pictured left) and Terry Abraham (pictured right). We’re so humbled Sean and Terry share the same energy and ambition to succeed.
That’s why we couldn’t be any prouder the team won the pre-season trophy in September 2022. The team have worked collectively to achieve great success, and here at FOW we’re delighted we can do our bit to help support such an exciting football club.
And our marketing team pulled their sleeves up too! Alongside funding, the team were thrilled to introduce pink for the very first time. Winsford Town football club is on the map and widely recognised with their shiny new kit.
We wish the team the best of luck for this season and beyond.

At FOW, we love making a difference. That’s why we work closely with local businesses, communities and charities to benefit the lives of those in need.
Because we’re so passionate about community, we’ve instilled an air of excitement for the whole team to get involved and make a difference. From supporting the NHS throughout the Covid-19 pandemic to local food banks - here at FOW we’re proud to do our bit.
And there’s loads more too - we’ve donated furniture, raised money for Breast Cancer Awareness, supported Movember, donated farm fresh turkeys to those in need at Christmas and even provided a free design and print service for local charities.
On the design side, we invested in a large format printer to support our objectives and run local employment schemes to recruit locally. It’s more important than ever to do our bit and make a difference.
That’s why we launched our community hub - Coffee Brake in 2022. Based in Winsford, we run events to support our community. Fun, exciting and engaging, we’re proud to work alongside some incredible people that share the same passion. This is FOW.
