Glad you asked! Once you’ve had a price online we’ll arrange for you to bring the car (or van) to us for an inspection. We’ll confirm the mileage, service history and condition match the online appraisal and offer a price to buy the vehicle from you.

We can buy the car from you on the very same day. To do so, you’ll need to bring all the documentation, including, but not limited to:

• Current V5C registration certificate (log book) in your name
• Service history (including service receipts, invoices and service book if applicable)
• Spare key(s) or key cards
• EV charging cables
• Locking wheel nut
• SD cards and/or navigation discs

If you’re happy with the price, we’ll arrange fast payment the next working day with no hidden costs or fees directly to your bank account.

Absolutely, if you want to keep the plate however, you’ll need to start the retention process with the DVLA here.

This can take up to 6 weeks, so starting this process is important if you’re thinking of selling or part exchanging.

We’ll need the new V5C document before you can sell or part exchange your car.

You can, to do this we’ll need an up to date settlement letter from your finance company. If the valuation is higher than your settlement figure, you’ll get extra cash, if it’s lower, you’ll need to pay the difference.
